Rochester TMJ Therapy is a dentist in Rochester, New York. It is listed at 200 White Spruce Blvd #104, Rochester, NY 14623, which places it among the local businesses of Rochester that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as sleep clinic, so it may cover more than the name suggests.

Dental care in the United States is delivered mostly by private practices: a general or family dentist who handles exams, cleanings, fillings and crowns, and refers out anything that needs a specialist. Group practices and dental clinics put several dentists, hygienists and sometimes specialists under one roof, often with evening and Saturday hours. Most offices ask new patients for a comprehensive exam with X-rays before routine cleanings, which the American Dental Association recommends every six months. Prices are set by each practice, and most accept dental insurance (PPO plans more widely than HMO ones), CareCredit-style financing or an in-house membership plan for people without coverage. Emergency dental services take same-day patients for toothaches, broken teeth and abscesses, usually at a premium.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–5 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (585) 358-0460. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, roctmj.com.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.7 out of 5 from 25 reviews, which is a strong result for a dentist in Rochester and suggests consistent service.

Rochester is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Rochester is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Dr. Mona A. Haleem DDS is the absolute best TMJ therapist! I was suffering for several years and in so much discomfort. I went to one Dr who told me to stop eating steak and sent me to a physical therapist that did not have the time to see me. After a few more years I was connected with Dr Haleem through my primary doctor, thank goodness!!! I could not sleep, eat, smile, laugh or talk without being in pain. She listened to me vent and she did not make me feel like I was making it all up in my head. She was patient and explained everything thoroughly. I will admit it was more expensive than I thought it would be but it was so worth the money. I am living a normal life and not in pain!! I cannot thank Dr Haleem enough!!

Dr Haleem was a pleasure to work with and solved my long standing issues with TMJ. She took the time to address all the questions I had, and bottom line, the therapy worked.

Dr Haleem is the only TMJ specialist I have met with who truly cares about her patients. Even though my issues are not solved she’s given me many helpful tools and resources to work in the right direction. The daytime appliance is something I’ve never been told about before and that makes a big difference in daytime clenching. Definitely would recommend to anyone having TMJ PAIN

Dr. Haleem is incredible! Even though she is a Dr. focusing on dentistry, she takes the time to get to know your overall health. Not many Dr.'s do these days! She helped me correct my TMJ in just a few short months and gave me tools and exercises to keep using if I ever have discomfort in my jaw again. She checks and follows up on her patients and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her for TMJ therapy.

Dr. Haleem provided me with care I have never experienced. Calling the day after my initial treatment to check-in on my pain level- an act of true kindness I don’t often see in any field of work. Such personalized care, I would recommend her to absolutely anyone experiencing TMJ issues. She is detailed, she is thorough and she is organized. Worth every single penny.
